In addition to booking your hunt, Mankazana will assist you with all aspects of your safari – everything from helping with your travel arrangements, securing your firearms permit, to getting your trophies back home. Meet Your Outfitter
Mankazana Safaris is owned by Frans Bussiahn and his wife Justine. The two of them own a farm in the Mankazana Valley where they live with their three boys, Daniel, Thomas, and Samuel. Frans has a Masters Degree in Zoology and being a Professional Hunter is his life. Frans is an Official Measurer for SCI and has previously won “Professional Hunter of the Year” in the Eastern Cape.

The climate in the foothills of the Great Winterberg Mountains is temperate with no unpleasant excesses of heat, humidity, or cold. Tropical diseases such as malaria, bilharzia, and yellow fever are unknown.
